We know from our own experience of running our own leisure centre in Seeste that a group accommodation can only be booked once per booking period. This makes perfect capacity utilisation all the more important for optimised turnover. We specialise in children's camps, youth camps and people with disabilities. Our customers are church communities, Lebenshilfe, Red Cross, Caritas and other NGOs.
You have a personal contact person with us who will take care of your concerns. You will get to know us during an initial visit to your location. We also plan visits every year so that we can meet the majority of our partners in person. We not only have a strong, well-maintained Internet presence for "our" group homes and leisure centres, we are also happy to take time for personal discussions with house partners and group leaders.
We provide intensive advice not only to the management teams of the groups, but also to our house partners. This enables the needs of the groups to be precisely recognised and investments to be made for specific target groups. We also provide advice on setting the course for the future. What investments can I make to tap into new target groups? How can I reach groups that also travel during the week? What can I do to attract disabled groups to my group centre and how can I equip my leisure centre perfectly for youth camps? We can provide answers to all these questions, specialising in your group accommodation, and recommend the right investments - and also advise against investments that may not make economic sense, so that valuable money can be saved.
How do we refinance this? By maximising the number of groups that we send to our house partners. We manage the bookings carefully and process all payments conscientiously and punctually. There are clear and reliable rules for cancellations.

Marcel Schacht, born in 1991, has extensive experience in leisure activities. From participant to team member to head organizer, he has seen group travel from all possible perspectives and has a keen eye for the needs of a travel group. As a graduate of a dual business degree program, he also has the right expertise for the financial aspects behind successful group travel. When Marcel steps away from his desk, he enjoys playing the piano, chess, or volunteering in youth work with his guitar.

Julia Leiendecker, born in 1990, has been with our team since 2009. She started as a student assistant during semester breaks, and after completing her master’s in “Intercultural Communication with a focus on Francophone culture,” she finally joined us full-time. Alongside Suse, she manages larger travel organizations for groups with disabilities. In travel administration, she is involved in everything from quotes to the second final invoice and, with her language skills and empathy, can resolve any tricky situation. After hours, she continues this dedication in refugee aid—unbureaucratic, hands-on, and genuinely interested!
